Answers to many of the most frequently asked questions we get are below. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, or have a specific question, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Q: How do we get the key?
A: We use a keyless entry system for all of our properties. On the day of your arrival we will send you the code for your unit

Q: What is your minimum rental period?
A: We require a 3 night minimum reservation.

Q: How much deposit is required?
A: An advance deposit equal to 50% is required per property at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent, taxes and fees due 30 days prior to your reservation. If you make your reservation less than 30 days ahead of time, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Q: What is the cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of rent, less the booking fee. Cancellations made more than 60 days, but less than 120 days prior to the arrival date, will receive a refund of ½ of the total of booking charges. Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 100% loss of the total booking charges.
