Answers to many of our most FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS are below. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, or have a specific question, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Q: How do we get the key?
A: The majority of our properties use a keyless entry system. For those properties, a code for your unit will be sent to you via email. For the properties that don’t have the keyless entry; our property manager will contact you on the day of your arrival to provide you with a key for that unit.

Q: What is your minimum rental period?
A: We do not require a minimum rental period.

Q: How much deposit is required?
A: An advance deposit equal to 50% is required per property at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent, taxes and fees due 30 days prior to your reservation. If you make your reservation less than 30 days ahead of time, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Q: What is the cancellation Policy?
A: Premier Gulf Coast Properties will only grant a 24 hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel your reservation. However the $75 registration fee is non-refundable. After the 24 hour period we do not provide refunds and guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation to their credit card on file.

Q: When is full payment due?
A: Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (or immediately if booked less than thirty (30) days in advance of guest arrival).

Q: How much are the taxes?
A: Texas State Tax and Nueces County occupancy taxes total 15%

Q: When is check in/check out?
A: Check-in begins at 3 P.M. CST and check-out is promptly at 11 A.M. CST.

Q: Can I check-in early?
A: No. Due to our high housekeeping standards, homes will not be available for check-in until we have inspected the property. We typically do not allow early check-ins unless special arrangements have been made, which can be subject to an additional fee.

Q: I have a very small dog that is house broken. Is it OK to bring our pet?
A: No – we do not allow pets.

Q: How far are you from Corpus Christi?
A: Our properties are located on North Padre Island and are all within the Corpus Christi city limits. Downtown Corpus Christi is approximately 22 miles away which takes 20-25 minutes to reach by car.

Q: What items do you supply?
A: All units come fully equipped with pots & pans, dinnerware & glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, measuring cups and spoons, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as pillows and blankets for every bed. In addition, Premier Gulf Coast Properties provides each home with a startup of supplies that include:
Each full Bathroom will have: 1 travel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel (soap), liquid hand (soap), 2 rolls toilet paper.
Kitchen: 1 roll paper towels, 5-6 packets of dish washer detergent, a new sponge and a small container of liquid dish soap, liquid detergent for the washing machine for the HE machines, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

There will also be promotional items, with our logo, in each property. You may keep any item with our logo on it except the laundry bag!

What items do I need to bring?
The following items are not supplied so we recommend you bring them with you: beach/pool towels, sunscreen, beach gear, shampoo and conditioner, food, condiments, coffee, etc.
