Damages and Excessive Wear and Tear Policies 

• All properties are inspected at the end of your occupancy. You and your guest are responsible for leaving the unit in the same broom-clean condition in which you received it.
• If not, any applicable additional cleaning costs, damages, or excessive wear and tear on the unit or property will be your responsibility.
• If damages are not covered or exceed the amount of coverage provided by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurance, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for all fees associated with the damage and accept that the credit card on file will be automatically billed to cover these expenses.
