Sunny Daze is perfect for a family of 4. We arrived and it was very clean, smelled nice and an overall updated unit. The property, Kokomo Yacht Club is a family and dog friendly property. The pool is spacious, the visitor center is nice and clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. They offer family friendly events such as Glow Fishing from their docks, Karaoke, Paddle Board Yoga, S'mores, and more! We will be staying at this property again!

The place was new, clean, comfortable, fully equipped, convenient to the beach, and had some nice amenities available at the yacht club (pool, cornhole, air hockey, open paito, bbq grills). There's still construction going on close by, but it wasn't intrusive. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very professional. The main downside was is it didn't come cheap. After all the fees we paid (including a $96 Vrbo "service" fee) it ended up in total almost double the advertised price. The back patio was too small to really sit out and enjoy but you can just make the short walk over to the yacht club so it wasn't a big deal. All in all, a nice stay.

Beautifully appointed condo was perfect for a quick trip with our dog. The outdoor patio area was terrific! The unit was super clean and comfortable… even the bed which is hard to come by in a rental unit.

The townhome has a fresh, new, and clean feel. The location is easy to get to the beach We really appreciated that they were pet friendly and accommodated that in all the best ways possible. It is an easy drive to beach parking or onto the beach with all your gear. We actually added a day and that caused an issue with our keycode but Lorie was there to help us immediately and there was no inconvenience. We really appreciated the quick responses and good communication.
We stayed here Father’s Day weekend. The location was great, close to the beach as well as stores and restaurants. The property is new and clean. Great amenities for families with children. We had a great weekend celebrating dad.
