The condo exceeded my expectations! The pictures were accurate and the condo was very clean. The rental company was very easy to work with and very responsive. I’ve been looking for my “go to” rental in CC since my husband loves to wing foil here & I think I’ve found it!!

It was perfect. We had everything our family needed, was very comfortable. We had a great time. Only thing was the queen mattress was a alil uncomfortable just from wear n tear which is understandable. Not a issue still sleep like babies lol. We will be back to lobster. Cause we loved it and all the amenities. Thank you again

The space for perfect for my family and I. Very conveniently located near beach and the pool was so fun for the kids. Will stay here again, soon hopefully!

Perfect family friendly place for our weekend getaway!

Customer service was 100%. Staff onsite was very attentive and the daily activities were a plus. Wish they would have heated pools a little, but kids still enjoyed swimming. The only downfall for us was that the lights that came from back of the house from neighboring houses into the bedrooms. We sleep in pitch black rooms, so falling and staying asleep was trying. Other than that issue our stay was great.  Also, the owner of Grace Bay provided lots of books, games, a beach umbrella, a canopy as well as chairs for us to use and enjoy. 

Everything was amazing!! The only thing I would recommend to have is a mop and a bucket mop. The condo was so comfortable, cozy and relaxing!! I would recommend my family and friends  book this townhouse again!! Once more thank you for everything!!

We had such a wonderful time! The condo was immaculate and beautiful with plenty of things to do, they have thought of everyone from little kids to grown-ups. We enjoyed the games, books and toys. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I first would like to start off by saying it was my husband's and my honeymoon and we had a wonderful time! Everyone was so friendly the from the management to the locals in the town. Everyone made us feel so welcome.

Wonderful place!! Clean, close to everything and so relaxing. Highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at Premier Gulf Coast properties. Townhomes - Grace Bay was the perfect little house for us and very comfortable cozy, clean, & dog friendly with an added bonus for walking distance to the beach and restaurant! We also used the nice pool on the property and enjoyed a relaxing pool day. --The only thing I would suggest adding to the property would be a grassy or other accommodating area for pets. Also, the cute little fenced in patio area off the master bedroom was not comfortable to use due to the all the big rocks used for ground covering. Nevertheless, the Grace Bay unit was terrific and the whole process and check in easy breezy. It is a fantastic property and we will definitely be back!

Grace Bay was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is loaded with all essentials needed. We took advantage of the slide pool and bbq grills. Despite there being construction, it was a lovely family oriented environment. Will return. Only two things lacking, sharp kitchen knife and a better vegetable peeler. Didn’t stop our cook out

Beautifully decorated, clean and nice condo close to beach and nice restaurants. Just a couple of issues upon arrival such as Wi-Fi password and air conditioning not cooling and both were remedied right away. Friendly service as well.

Grace Bay is a very pleasant place to stay in.  I will for sure be coming back.

Grace Bay is a beautiful condo just steps away from the Gulf Coast. It is tastefully decorated and has all of the amenities, including full kitchen, spacious rooms, smart TV's, and beach toys! In addition, it is located on a property that includes two pools - one with water slides, and the other with a splash pool. It was a great way to entertain the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and were so sad to leave!

We loved staying here! The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The kids enjoyed all of the activities that was planned out for the week! We had another group of friends stay at the same place, different condo and even talked about coming back next year!

Grace Bay is the perfect  place to stay for all of your vacation needs! It is a beautiful condo right by the beach. Very satisfied with my stay, also great customer service!!

Perfect beach property! Short walk to the beach, local restaurants and more! Location is great and quiet. The condo is beautiful and includes everything you need and more! Couldn't recommend it enough.
