- RESORT AMENITIES -
Total includes a nightly resort fee of $19.99
This fee includes access to the Kokomo Yacht Club and it's seasonal scheduled activities. These can include s'mores, game nights, live music, karaoke, glow fishing, popcorn nights, etc. The Kokomo Yacht Club also includes a game room, 24 hour fitness center, and a two story deck that offers panoramic views of the Packery Channel. There's a "Bring Your Own Beverage" property wide privilege that extends to our two resort style pools (with the STRICT EXCEPTION of glass) as well as picnic areas on property! The pool areas also include propane and charcoal grills. The 14 boat slips include 4 green lights and offer 24 hours of fishing with a beautiful view to match. Wanna get some sports in on your vacation? Not an issue with our pickle ball court and basketball hoop on property! We'll even check out the equipment so all you have to do is have fun!

The amenities are top notch and the unit was great too. The washer and dryer helped so much. The pools and waterside views are the best. We had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and the space was great for me and my family. My kids loved having bunk beds and the fact that it was so conveniently places right by the beach. I will most definitely stay here again!!!!

Staying in Aruba Bay 105 was great. The pool was very nice. The game room was fun and everything was clean. Also, the Green light fishing was awesome. Thanks again.

I enjoyed our stay here. I was impressed with the room. The beds are the most comfy beds I have ever sleep on away from my home. I wasn't expecting much from Corpus but because of this stay it made it all worth it. Thank you and I can't wait to return.

Clean place to stay. The condo has awesome kitchen amenities, is close to the pool and to the beach. We really enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful place.

The place was beautiful and very close drive to the beach and if your brave enough a 15 min walk to the beach . Very sweet people that work there beautiful resort pools and super clean rooms with everything g you need including washer and dryer .

Lisa had clear communication and was able to accommodate my request to extend without issue. The unit is clean, bright and cozy. The staff on site was helpful and friendly. The pool was a nice treat and the beaches were beautiful. Great experience all around!

Great condo and location! Management staff was very helpful during the check in process and while we checked out. The kiddos loved the heated pool & everyone was very quiet & friendly. Lorie provided superb customer service during our stay, I’d highly recommend!
