Easy rental process with quick responses to any questions. The condo was well stocked with all the necessities and was very comfortable. Loved the deck and the dock for our boat. Plenty of parking available and most importantly that it was dog friendly.

The house was very clean and well stocked. Nantucket Cove is decorated to provide a cozy stay. The management company stayed in contact with us which was a great help. The only bad thing was that we were surrounded on both sides by college kids. Unfortunately, they were super loud all night. They were there the first 2 nights. After they left there were no more problems. It was partially my fault not remembering it was spring break when I booked.
Premier Gulf Coast Properties have been great throughout the whole booking process, they were quite thorough, instructions and gaining access to the townhome were clear and easily understood. The place is immaculate. All linen and towels are fresh and clean. Everything we needed already in place. The view of the water from the back porch is amazing. The area is surrounded by nice places to eat and shop plus a nearby charming coffee shop with the best cinnamon rolls! Its proximity to the beach being in North Padre Island is of course one of its best attractions but we have quick access to the water from the back porch too for kayak or jet ski. Port Aransas is just 20 minutes away as well for a short hop to their pristine beaches and restaurant bars. We highly recommend this place, will definitely come back here again!
