The condo was clean, great location, and two pools are a plus. Highly recommend.

It was a Wonderful stay!

We just wanted a comfy pet friendly condo close to the beach to cook and rest. This condo is brand new and nice. My daughter loved the bunk bed and Pac-Man machine! Our dog was well accommodated and I enjoyed the kitchen. This was perfect! We'll be back for sure!

The condo was great and very inviting. The amenities and the grounds to the property were very well kept. We were able to walk to the beach from the property, this made it nice if you don't want to drive. I would book this room again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was clean, smelled good, looked great, it was comfy and welcoming. We especially enjoyed playing Pac-Man. It was nostalgic and my 16 year old got into it too. I highly recommend this company for their quality customer service. We shall be back!

We arrived Monday afternoon to a beautiful home. Pictures online don't do it justice. Everything was ready. We were supplied with everything mentioned online. Instructions were perfectly clear. We have 2 teenagers and the set up was perfect. We were close to the ocean. Pool was a plus. This was the best place we have stayed on a vacation. Thank you!

Half Moon Bay is big enough for a small family of 3, yet it was only me on a business trip. I love the place and the easy way to get to the location. It is  walking distance from the beach. I will be planning another visit with my two little ones in the near future.

Loved the Half Moon townhome! It was perfect for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. Very clean, quiet, and more than comfortable. Just a short walk to the pools and beach. PacMan was a super fun bonus! Also, we had a few questions and the manager was easy to get ahold of and helpful. FYI, I am super picky about where we stay and this place was perfect. Thank you!

Beautiful condo. Very clean and perfect for our stay in Corpus Christi. Half Moon Bay is located close to the beach and a short drive to North Padre Island National Seashore (which is where we love to spend our beach time). Our kids loved the pool as much as the beach. Located close to all of your needs. Our contact was very responsive, we had trouble with our WiFi upon arrival, and she was super helpful. Great stay, we will book here again!

This place was just perfect. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our property representative was helpful and the entire experience was smooth and without issue. This place was right around the corner to a great beach. We also enjoyed the complex’s heated pool. Definitely worth a look if you want to take a relaxing vacation on the island. Half Moon Bay is clean and comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. Good location for a long beach weekend. Property management were very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the WIFI.

Half Moon Bay was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved getting to play Pac Man and the pool area was wonderful! Nothing negative to say at all!

Half Moon Bay was a very nice, well appointed unit. Besides the unit being very comfortable, I especially liked the personnel at  Premier Gulf Coast Properties. They were very helpful and pleasant... will definitely be seeking their help in future bookings!!

This was our second summer to stay in this property and still thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was very responsive when we had questions. Our biggest concern was the door knob was difficult to open from inside the property and sometimes took several attempts to get it to turn so we could leave. Had a great trip and will definitely be back!

Half Moon Bay is well kept and beautiful. Within walking distance to the Beach and has all that you need to enjoy an amazing family vacation. Only suggestion we have is: A new hose outside to be able to wash items off after a beach. Maybe a DVD player or a smart TV to sync your phone to access Netflix or what not :) We will be back for sure! Thank you SO much for sharing such a wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean and beautifully decorated Townhouse. Perfect for a couple and 2 kids. Big bedroom with king bed and twin bunk beds were perfect for my wife and I and our grandson. Great open space living room, nicely laid out kitchen, with two nice size TV’s. Best part was the closeness to beach. Literally a 2 minute drive to get to right to and from the beach. We had a great experience and host responded promptly to all of our questions.

Half Moon Bay is an excellent place to stay! The townhouse was also very clean.

Half Moon Bay couldn’t be a more perfect place for my family weekend getaway. I can’t wait to go back! It is very spacious and fit my family comfortably! The PAC Man machine was a plus!

Our family really enjoyed Half Moon Bay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The property was perfect for kids. The pools were so nice and being one minute from the beach was the best. I think our only complaint was the comfort of the bed but other than that it was so nice. We are planning to come back next summer.

AMAZING place and staff!! Way more spacious than what we were all expecting! On the first night our air conditioning malfunctioned and Jen Ramon was right on it! Jennifer Stevenson put us in a replacement condo for the night and was so kind and fast to do so! I appreciated everything they did for my vacation! We got a nice change of scenery for that night and were so happy with the accommodations. The next morning our air conditioning was fixed and the remainder of the stay was great!!! Would highly recommend this place!

Everything in Half Moon Bay was very clean and very organized.  My family loved staying here.

Our little family stayed in Half Moon Bay for a few days and have no complaints. The condo was comfy and cute. My son and husband were big fans of the Pac Man game! It was a quick walk to the beach and we used both pools on the property.

We had a great time. Half Moon Bay was adorable. The condo was comfortable, and clean!! The pool was great and our toddler loved it!  There are a few nit picky things that don't detract from the condo at all. Make sure you bring beach towels and extra pillows if you prefer to sleep with more than one. The King bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! You can walk to the beach and public parking is also available right off the beach.

My husband and I loved this place! From the beach theme, cleanliness, color schemes, comfortable bed and yes Pac-Man game, all made our stay perfect. We would definitely rent Half Moon Bay again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. We walked to the beach every morning. My grandsons LOVED the Pac-Man machine! We used both swimming pools and they were clean. My youngest grandson liked the playground & splash pad. The entire condo complex was clean and quiet. Close to grocery and shopping. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan on staying here again.

Our stay with Premier Gulf Coast Properties was excellent!  Lisa, Jennifer and Jen; contact person, problem solver and housekeeping were very thoughtful and answered all questions and requests fast and efficiently! We enjoyed the townhouse, the community we lived in and the area surrounding! Short walk to beach was great. Access to all needs whether groceries, souvenirs or cinemas were easily accessible within a short distance drive. We enjoyed Port Aransas, Rock Port, Robert Point Park watching big ships, the ferry and the dolphins we caught glimpses of! Our stay was very comfortable. The townhouse was well equipped and filled every need we had. We highly recommend Premier Gulf Coast Properties and townhouse 14911! Awesome

This place is just like the pictures. The  PacMan arcade game was an added A ++++! Half Moon Bay is up to date and clean. Great communication between the host and us. We will definitely stay there again!

We had the best time on our stay at Half Moon Bay. The location is perfect!  The space was comfortable with lots of space and all of the amenities were very convenient! Pac-Man was a super plus. We have already decided we'd like to come back on our next vacation.

Me and my family were planning on staying at this location so we could attend a "celebrating life" party for an uncle who had beat cancer and we were hit by an unexpected event so we could not make the trip.  Premier Gulf Coast Properties were the most understanding and sympathetic owners we have ever dealt with.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful time staying in Half Moon Bay! Our toddler was over the moon about the bunk bed and all three of us especially enjoyed the pac man arcade game! We were so comfortable there, in fact, that we ended up spending much more time in the condo than we had planned on - even opting to order take out and bring it back “home,” vs eating out each night. We made good use of the stocked kitchen for making meals. We were impressed overall by the thoughtful decor and comfortable bedding and fluffy towels. My only suggestion would be to supply paper coffee filters. Being a coffee snob, I had brought my own freshly ground coffee from home. It was rather inconvenient to have to make a trip to the store, just to buy filters for the coffee maker. Otherwise, though, everything was awesome and we will certainly book again on our next trip to Corpus!

The place was perfect! Location, Pac Man! What more could you ask for?! The ice maker did make a LOT of noises and we ended up turning it off due to constant alarm, which made things peaceful again. Overall, great place and would enjoy staying again.

This place was great! Amazing space and great, responsive communication! 7 of us stayed there and had plenty of room. Just bring food and everything else needed in the kitchen is already there. Walking distance to the beach! Even had a cute little porch to relax in the evenings. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the Pac-Man machine too. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The unit is clean an well kept. Everything looked pretty new and in good condition. Kids loved the PacMan game while taking a break from the sun and waves. We would definitely come here again.

This condo is one of the best I have ever stayed at...just like the pictures!! The kitchen was stocked with basics, everything in the condo was very clean. The decor was perfect!! I love the updated appliances and the TV's in the living room and bedroom were great quality as well. The beach is a short distance away and my kids loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

My family of five visited Corpus for a week and stayed at Half Moon Bay. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The two pools were a plus and we took full advantage of walking the beach every morning. Great place to stay, super cute decor and very comfortable. Thank you!

This property is great! The room was very clean, had everything needed to stay for the weekend, and was comfortable. Everyone we met at the property was so nice. The pool was heated so we could swim even though it was breezy. So close to the beach. Overall great place to stay!

We recently stayed at this condo and really enjoyed it. We have rented a number of condos in our vacationing adventures and I will say this one was the best. It had everything you need (blenders, crock pots, rice cookers, knifes, storage containers, enough dishes for multiple meals, cutting boards, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a KING sized bed, etc.) We have stayed in a few different condos across south Texas with similar layouts and this one was much wider and roomier that any other one we stayed in. The only thing is that the description said there was an Xbox, but the unit did not  have one. I likely could have asked to see if they could bring one, but the kids had their kindles, so it was not that big of a deal. The property itself had two pools and a playground. All in all, excellent condo that was very clean! If we decide to do Corpus again we will definitely be back!

A very well decorated condo in a nice location. Everything you needed was in the condo and close to ocean. Great pool area with a great bar and grill within walking distance. Jennifer the property manager was great and was always checking to see if she could do anything else for us.

We really loved our island housing at Half Moon Bay. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was almost exactly like our own! We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fully equipped vacation spot!
