VBP902- Seashell Beach

Once again this unit at N Padre met my expectations and MORE. This homeowner goes beyond the norm by giving more than just a regular rental...time , thoughtfulness and $$ are why we keep coming back on a regular basis..Thanks again for having us.

Enjoyed the townhome and  the kids enjoyed the beach toys provided by the owners. Place was clean and spacious. Conveniently located a couple blocks from the beach. You will need to pay $12 for beach pass.

Overall well appointed home! Our favorite aspect was the fenced area. It made it easy and private to be able to remove sandy clothes and shoes and rinse off before going inside. Also, it’s a nice short walk to the beach, 5-6 minutes tops, so great location. It’s directly beside the kid pool and playground so that was nice as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! Seashell Beach is in a very nice location and it was easy to get in and out. Also, the townhouse is very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was nicely decorated and was very conveniently close to beach. You could hear the ocean from the balcony! We had a few items missing but nothing that ruined our beach stay. The rental company was very informative and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We would definitely come back and rent this place again!

My family and I love Seashell Beach.  We all had a fun time on our vacation. This is our 3rd year staying and we love it every time. The owners of the beach house did a wonderful job of making sure their guests feel right at home. We will definitely be back hopefully very soon.

The condo was perfect! Clean and very well stocked! We will certainly stay here again!

It was a perfect place to enjoy our stay. House is spotless. Has everything you possibly need. Short walk to beach. Would definitely stay here again. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for large family. Could sleep 8 to 9 people no problem. 3 full bathrooms was a plus. House is decorated beautiful and very beachy.

Loved the condo and the customer service. Pictures don't do it justice. Will definitely be staying again. My only wish would be the beds to be a little softer but, either way they were still comfy.

Host was always available to answer texts quickly for any questions or concerns. The house was exactly like it was pictured and actually a little better considering there is parking in the back so you actually have more than 2 parking spots. Only downside I could even think of which is not that big of a deal is the rocks that cover the entire yard are pretty painful when barefoot.

Felt like we were at home, comfy and relaxing, looked amazing, super close to the beach.

As always we enjoyed our stay. Accommodations Are superb .

This is a newer property that has a great layout, is very clean, and it is fully stocked. There are quite a few extras that make your stay feel even more homey. This property is a short walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. Communication with the property management was excellent and easy. Hope to be back!

Wonderful townhouse! Nicely decorated and well appointed. Awesome to have a 3rd bathroom upstairs. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a very fun time in this beautiful townhouse. The owners made me and my family feel welcome.  Everything was beautiful. It was our second time here and this time my Mom and Dad came with and they loved it too. I definitely will be back with my family soon and have another great time at Seashell Beach.

We loved the condo. Everything was as advertised and more. It's just a block & a half away from the beach with free public parking if you don't want to walk. There was a shed outside the property full of items to use on the beach, which included; chairs, an umbrella, floats, cooler, and a beach wagon to haul it all in. That was a great plus not mentioned in the listing.

We wanted a quiet spot near the beach to enjoy with our 4 year old son for the week. Seashell Beach was great, very clean and cozy with friendly, relaxing beach house decorations. There’s a pool and splash pad just steps away and you can walk or drive right over to the beach. North Padre had some good places to eat, with Surfside Sandwich Shoppe and La Palma being our favorites. The location was perfect for a family getaway with a grocery store, donut shop, gas stations, Starbucks and several places to eat nearby. Great communication on checking-in (we were a little early) and no issues at all with our stay. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The access to the beach (walking distance) and the pool and playground were perfect for our 3-year old. Would highly recommend!

Property was exactly as pictured and listed. Kitchen was fully stocked as described though we didn’t find the waffle maker and were unable to turn on the gas BBQ grill. Minor issues; overall great property. Location was walking distance to the beach as well as a public parking lot to beach. Would recommend this property for families.

Excellent place for families. And adults. Kids were so happy in the pool and play area. Beautiful sunsets from our rental. Couldn't ask for better people to work with we will rent again next summer. We always come to this area because wits so safe and family oriented.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for four adults and two kids. The furnishings and appliances were well kept. Very clean. Very close to the beach. But you'll need to drive there if you're packing a lot to take to the beach. We would definitely come back.

We had an awesome 7 day stay. This vacation home is wonderful. It has a real beach feel to it. Seashell Beach has all the home away from home  necessities!  The townhome is a short walk to the beach. They even have a wagon and beach chairs if you need them. We will definitely be back.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Super cute, very clean and tidy and close to the beach. We will be going back for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seashell Beach! The condo was very clean and the attention to detail with the decorations, furniture and other amenities was spot on. We are looking forward to our next stay there in the near future!

We very much liked the property and the owner and management were very kind and considerate. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of criminal activity against our primary residence.

Very nice private corner lot with beautiful scenery to enjoy all day long. Pools on the property are very family friendly. Condo decorated to perfection. Definitely felt like I was on a beach vacation. Quick walk to the beach. Don’t hesitate to rent Seashell Beach. You don’t want to miss out. My family and I will be back soon!!

We had a perfect stay! Upstairs cable box had issues but we worked around it best we could. Not a huge deal. The balcony was cozy! Had the corner lot a the complex and a little privacy screen dropped down, nice! Home was perfect inside, no issues! Happy Honeymoon! Close to the beach, had a blast!

This is a clean and comfortable home away from home. The condo had everything we could need for a weekend at the beach.

We thought this place was absolutely fantastic! The view is so relaxing and nice. We spent most of our time sitting out in balcony enjoying the breeze. The beach is like a 2 min drive or 5 mins walk. The pool looks way bigger in pictures than it really is but it was very nice for the kids. It wasn’t crowded in evenings and mornings so I felt safe sending my kids there. There are a lot of good food locations near by and fishing spots. Due to Covid, we haven’t had the guts to take a trip anywhere. We booked this place because I read so many reviews that the place was cleaned nicely. I agree. It was kept up nice with modern decor and organized necessities. The kitchen had dishes, pots and pants etc. they provided enough essentials (garbage bags, dishwashing pods, paper towel etc) to last the time of your stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. One thing I hate is bad window treatments at rentals where the sun shines through and wakes me up early. This place definitely had good shades. I didn’t even use my eye cover! The bathrooms were clean. The laundry pods were enough to last also. The only thing I would comment on is they should change the shower curtains after a few use (hopefully/I’m sure the shower curtain is cleaned after every rental) because I noticed it had reddish water/iron stains on it. The other thing I noticed is the ceiling fans were pretty dusty. However it’s nothing that was too major. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to friends. I depended on good reviews before deciding to rent a location and the reviews left here really helped. I hope this does too. Go rent this place and enjoy!

Seashell Beach is a great place to enjoy your well-deserved vacation on North Padre Island. You can not go wrong with this townhouse. We will be back soon!

Loved your condo! Clean, decorated so fun, stocked kitchen, pet friendly, beautiful sunset view of the ship canal, all the good beach stuff including the cart... That’s a game changer. Staff returned texts immediately was was great to work with. We loved it so much we planned to come next year, if not sooner.

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed for basics was provided, the condo was beautifully decorated, clean, well located, and even had extras. We highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a clean easy place to stay.

Lovely condo with all the perfect touches. The homeowners have made a welcome respite for beach lovers. The beds are super comfortable, the towels and the beach wagon with toys were a bonus.

Had an amazing time. The home had a great welcoming feel to it. Made us feel comfortable and as if we were in our own home. The beds were super comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and father in law to go fishing and build memories and for me to relax, journal, worship and praise. Nice morning and evening walks on the beach. Thank you.

Best 4 night's ever! Beautiful place right by the beach. Very clean. My kids enjoyed the movies they had there. Will definitely return again. Hopefully the roofers will be gone by then.

The townhome was just as the pictures showed, no surprises. Beautiful, extra special attention to details. Thicker towels, blankets, better shampoo, nice furniture, a lot of dishes and a fully stocked kitchen which was very helpful so we did not have to keep washing dishes. I had 3 teenage boys and they fit great in the room with bed and bunk beds, they loved the tv in their room. Place was large enough for us to watch tv, play games on the table at night and eat dinner. Walking distance for beach access, 5 minutes. You can walk across unit to fish if wanted. Walking distance to a bar and grill and a hotel that rents golf carts. We loved our stay. About a 10 minute drive to Bob Pier and miniature golfing. Not much to do there in winter but had a nice short relaxing 4 days. If I have to visit TX A&M Corpus I would rent this unit again, we even talked about re-renting in the summer it was so nice. The view from the 2nd floor was nice, not beachfront but very peaceful and you can see part of ocean, no buildings blocking view and just sand dunes. Highly recommend for location, this is a newer unit. We were there in November off season, so it was not busy, not much open, but I'm sure it gets busy in the summer. Would recommend. Location was the best!

Once again our stay was outstanding. We didn't want to leave. The weather was perfect as was the condo. We loved the balcony and all the extra perks this place has. We will for sure return!

We LOVED our stay at Seashell Beach! The location is great and the townhome couldn't have been more perfect for our family! The unit was SO clean and had everything we needed! Jennifer with Premier Gulf Coast was SO amazing, quickly responding to any question we had! We were so thankful for a fun getaway and will definitely return!!

Seashell Beach is an awesome place that is conveniently located close to the beach. The townhouse is very nice, and was very clean! We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect set up.....Seashell Beach was spotless, had an awesome pool, the beach was just a short walk away, and fishing on jetty was great!  The beach and the Gulf was the most pristine we've ever seen in Corpus! The only thing lacking was a big pot for our shrimp boil but we bought one and left it there for the next lucky family that stays there! We'll be back!

We spent 4 days at Seashell Beach and loved every minute. The house is beautiful, spotless, and has everything you need plus more. This unit is on the end which makes it even better with a private courtyard. We went to the beach and swam in the pools everyday. Whitecap beach is so family friendly and our grandkids had an awesome time. This is the second year we've stayed at this property and no doubt we'll be back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Seashell Beach and look forward to visiting next year. The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved all the large TVs and cable service. Everything was top notch. Great pools and close to the beach.

Just got back from a wonderful stay in North Padre! Our "home away from home - #14902" was beautiful, very well kept & clean, and fully equipped - could not think of anything they forgot. From the Keurig in the kitchen to the gas grill outside to the use of beach towels and toys - anything we needed was there. They even furnished hair dryers in all the bathrooms and a makeup mirror in the master bath. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped with any kind of pot, pan, dish, and gadget we needed. Do bring your own seasonings if you plan to cook.The location was perfect for us since we brought 4-year-old grandchild with us - the smaller pool with large kiddie splash pool was just across from our door as was the playground. We enjoyed both very much. You need the pool key in order to enter or leave the pool area, so the only people there were condo guests. (I had read other reviews that said it was overrun with locals - it was not the case for us.) The unit is on the end of the complex and has a wrap around fence and places inside the fence to hang up wet items and hose them off. Worked great for us. There are two allotted parking spaces and the entry door is actually inside the fence. Downstairs has the 2 bedrooms/baths and full-sized washer and dryer - upstairs is the living area and kitchen. It is close enough to walk to beach access, but we preferred to drive to a beach area a short distance away - be sure to get your beach access sticker to drive on the beach.Jennifer from Air Bnb was great - sent us the access info a few days ahead of time and made sure everything was good for us. She was quick to respond to a question that I had (something I had overlooked). Very pleased with the process from Air Bnb. All in all - a great place to visit and we will definitely be back and will rent from Air BnB and this particular unit!

Seashell Beach is absolutely beautiful! A lot of attention to detail from the decor to the equipment (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, ice chest, etc) made available by the owner. This condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. I would definitely consider staying here again.

WOW! This place is way past a 5 star condo. Inside and out this condo goes beyond the norm to make your stay as perfect as possible. From the perfect nights sleep on a wonderful bed to breakfast on the patio with an amazing view!!! All deco is top notch and more....cant wait to return. This place is AMAZING!

We have owned and rented and from both perspectives I would say this experience was great. The service was awesome and the owner of this property is top notch. I would definitely come back to this property and use this service.

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. Everything is new and tastefully decorated. The owners have thought of the smallest details and you will not be disappointed. Incredible views and very quiet. Close to beach and amenities are right out your door. Premier Gulf Coast Properties was very attentive as well. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back!
