The place was nice and clean. The service was great. The location is perfect! Just 5 min walk from the beach and easy access to the property’s swimming pool.

This place was just amazing! It fit my family of 5 perfectly!! Clean, no issues, tv’s in every room, right by the pool for the kids, beach right down the road! A perfect home away from home! Can’t wait to come back!!!

This place was amazing for a family get away in our own home town. My family loves traveling but with 3 small grandchildren it was so much easier to vacation near by. They had the best time and never got bored. I loved the cleanliness of the unit and all the useful items in the kitchen made  it easy to prepare meals. We will definitely be back year after year.

We comfortably slept 9 people here without pulling out the couch bed.For a party of 3 or up to 3 couples this unit is super perfect. Reasonably priced, perfect location, wonderful amenities. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested in a great place for a beach getaway.

Thank you for saving our trip! We were in a bind when we arrived at our original airbnb location to find that it was not at all what we were promised, our kids were scared to stay there. You guys responded right away when we reached out and helped us get into one of your reliably safe and nice locations in less than an hour and we had a great time. We will always stay with you guys for our summer beach trips!

Stayed here with our three kids and everyone loved the place! The kids had a blast at the very family friendly pools and were so excited to all share the bunk beds. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The beach is just a few minutes away and the pool is just a few steps away from the back porch. We will definitely be back in the future!

You would love this place. You have everything you need and best of all you are by the beach. You can run around, swim or just people watch while you experience the wonderful sound of the waves hitting the shore. The birds and the kites are awesome too. The beach is not too congested so I cannot ask for anything better. I will definitely go back. Lots and lots of stars for the rating of this place.

Our place was at a great location and loved that we had 2 specific parking spots just for us right in front of our unit.

My friends and I love Laguna Beach so much. It is a convenient place to stay. We can cook just like we’re at home. The children all enjoyed swimming at the pool. The beach is so close by walking only 7 minutes or you can drive a car and park on the beach. However, you will have to pay for a beach parking permit for $12. The permit lasts an entire year. Please check at www.cctexas.com for places that sell the beach parking permits.

It was a very nice place! All the guests enjoyed it. It was very cute and had the perfect amount of sleeping space that we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the beach was very close. Was a great weekend!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The space was clean, inviting, open, & tastefully decorated. The beach was minutes away and the pool was a few steps away. We liked being so close to the "kids" pool with the splash pad, shallow swim area, and the playground nearby. We would love to come back and stay again!

The beach house was absolutely perfect and we loved the experience.

Our condo was very nice and clean! We plan to stay here again! Having the pool just a few feet away worked out perfect! The only thing I would say about the condo is they need to have one extra pillow and blanket in the closets for guests and maybe pool towels available for the unit.

My family and I had a great time. We will hopefully return next year.

Great location and space!

We enjoyed our stay at Laguna beach. The townhouse is well kept, clean, and nicely decorated. The townhouse has most of the things we needed for cooking. There was even an Insta pot and a waffle maker! The beach is walking distance. There’s also some jetties nearby for fishing. We are definitely coming back and will recommend Laguna Beach to our family and friends!

I stayed in the Laguna Beach townhouse over fall break with my family, my sister's family and our mom. Everyone had a great time. There were items available to us that we didn't think to bring but gladly used like a crock pot. The location of Laguna Beach  is awesome. it is right next to the pool and great proximity to the beach. We will definitely consider this location again for future visits.

We absolutely love Laguna Beach. We have already stayed in the townhouse twice this summer!

Very nice townhouse with all the accommodations one needs. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything that is needed to cook and eat in the condo. Great location if you are coming with children. The smaller kiddie pool and playground is literally right out the back door and the larger pool is just a few steps away. Proximity to the beach was fine for us.  We drove and were able to drive right onto the beach. Very nice to have the hose in the back to rinse off after returning from the beach. Easy to book and checking  in and out was a breeze. Customer service was great. We will most definitely be back!

Laguna Beach was an awesome condo to stay in. It was  very spacious and clean. The kitchen was also equipped with everything you needed. The decor was great! We loved the great beach vibe theme.. The staff at Premier Gulf Coast Properties was amazing and always had a quick response for us whenever we needed something. The beach is literally around the corner. I would definitely recommend getting a golf cart unless you don't mind a car full of sand. The splash pad pool was a huge hit for our 6 yr old especially since the kiddy area was only a few doors down. There is also a small pool for adults. The pool was never crowded and always clean.

Laguna Beach was very spacious and accommodating for us! Only constructive criticism would be to have way more towel hooks! I loved that the dishes and pots and pans were in good shape and there was a crock pot and instantpot. Totally worth it.

We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Beach 14915! The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. There was plenty of room for our family (8 people total). We loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit and other appliances were well maintained. Our kiddos loves being so close to the kiddie pool and splash pad! We didn't get to check out the bigger pool but that just means we'll have to go back for another stay!!

House was comfortable and well equipped. Close to the beach and good restaurants. The pool was a huge hit with the kids.

The townhome is outfitted with everything you need and it is decorated beautifully! I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the short walk to the beach.

This place was wonderful! We had a very attentive owner and saw to it that all our needs were met. We got there and began having fun right away. It was so close to the beach and other areas of interest for us such as the USS Lexington and the Pirate Ship Tours. We relaxed, watched movies and had fun! We would come back every summer if we could!

Eight of us stayed comfortably in this unit last weekend (and actually had a bed left over). Unit is beautiful -- nicely decorated and well-laid out. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Linens were great, plenty of towels, etc. Full-sized washer and dryer upstairs. Master bedroom had a king, other bedroom had a full/twin bunk plus a twin trundle. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great. Downstairs had another full bathroom plus daybed with trundle and pull-out couch (which I don't think was clear from the description). Close to the pool. Highly recommend. Jennifer from Premier Gulf Coast Properties was great and super responsive to texts when I had questions about parking, wifi, pools, and whatever else. We will be back for sure!

Place was clean and very convenient to beach access and other entertainment stuff for kids. Pool worked well for kids too.

We so enjoyed the hassle-free check in/check out and the friendly and prompt service we received from Jennifer and the management company. The townhome was sparkling clean when we arrived and was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The three full baths were a real luxury after a long day at the beach. There was plenty of sleeping room and room to spread out when people wanted quiet time, and the living and dining areas were great for relaxing, visiting, and playing cards or board games. The pools on the property are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Our only suggestion for improvement would be better mattresses on the full size and day beds. The only bed that is really comfortable for adults or older children to sleep in is the queen bed in the master bedroom. That said, it would not keep us from returning to this lovely property in the future.

Our family of 5 was looking for a clean, convenient, spacious and quiet space to enjoy a beach trip. We found it with Laguna Beach. The house had everything we needed to have a successful and comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, loved that we had a washer and dryer, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to prepare and store meals and the 3 bathrooms ended up being a life saver. The pool was clean and my 3 year old loved the splash pad and playscape. Would stay again!

We had a great time! The condo was fantastic, beautiful, very clean, with lots of room! The pools on site are well maintained and perfect for all ages. The playground was an added bonus and helped fill in time with our 2 and 5 year old who are always on the move. Location was also great, close to eats and a short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend!
