VBP916- Hammonds Reef

Hammonds Reef was everything it promised. We had so much room! The views were good and the beach was a 10 minute walk away. The place was clean, and again, spacious. We had a couple of last minute add-ons, a dog, and another person. They were so accommodating. It was no problem. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Great place to stay!

What a great place, with room for the whole family, all 16 of us! Enjoyed the heated pool, and the sleeping arrangements are good. It has three stories, and 33 steps from the ground to the top floor, where the kitchen-dining is, so be prepared to get some exercise! The only problem we encountered was the dishwasher going on the blink; it was just put in new two months ago! Also, frying pans stuck, so you might bring your own no-stick pans.

Would have given 5 stars.. Service was great.  Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Web site says there was a waffle maker and there is not. There is a margarita machine/blender.  On our first night, neighbors were very loud and didn't go to bed until 5am!!  Loved the view from the third floor balcony, which is also the kitchen and living room area. However if you have anyone with a bum knee or climbing stairs, this could a bit much. Others of us closed all out smart phone rings

Everything was absolutely beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The house was beautiful. Walking distance to the beach. We will definitely return.

Overall, Hammond's Reef is a very nice place to stay. I was surprised how large the space was. There was plenty of room for our entire group to get together and also room for the kids to hang out by themselves. Pool was enjoyable and conveniently close. The townhouse was a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this place!

Hammond's Reef was an absolutely great place to stay in!  The townhome has all you need to relax and enjoy an awesome get away. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful place! Great location!

Beautiful condo and nicely decorated. Condo had plenty of room for our family of 14, very comfortable and conveniently located...the only problems we had was half the dishes were in dishwasher and not put away. You know how dishwashers work some of the dishes still had particles of food...they did not have a salt and pepper shaker and a baking sheet which I believe are the basic essentials to a kitchen, other then that we were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

Great location. The beach is walking distance. Hammond's Reef was nice and clean.

Hammond’s Reef was great. The townhouse was very clean and nicely stocked with essentials one needs to feel at home. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

The only thing we were not prepared for were the giant mosquitos. Everything else was amazing! The pools, the rooms,, really the entire  house was perfect for us. The location to the beach is great. I will be reaching out to stay here again next year.

We rented Hammond’s Reef to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with family and friends. We absolutely loved the house! The location is perfect and just a short walk to the beach. The pools are great too! Coming into the house, however, I didn't know that the kitchen was on the very top floor. That was a surprise, but it was fine. I also didn't know there was a margarita machine. That was a good surprise. We loved that the TV's had all the apps for the kids to watch movies, and the big play room with the bunk beds was their favorite place to hang out. We've stayed in these condos before and will continue to do so each time we visit the island. The only negative is that the washing machine is extremely loud and is off balance, and the dryer takes more than one cycle to dry a load. There were also some missing shelves in the fridge which made it hard to store all our food.Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The staff at Premier Gulf Coast Properties was very helpful. Hammond's Reef is  extremely spacious. It was a great place to stay. We even made friends with our neighbors!

Hammond’s Reef is very fitting for a large group even with kids. The house is within walking distance to the beach and located on a low traffic road. Jennifer and Premier Gulf Coast Properties had great communication. We will definitely consider this place in the further if our large group visits Corpus again. Wonderful weekend getaway.

This is a beautiful condo, wonderfully decorated and with gourgeous views. There was more than enough room for our extended family. Items provided were sufficient with all we needed to purchase was food and toilet paper. The manager answered our questions right away. When the golf video game didn't work, they provided an Xbox the following day. The kitchen table easily fit 10 people for meals and family games. Beds were very comfortable. One swimming pool was a few yards across the parking lot and the other a short walk away. Loved the area, food and shopping choices and turtle launch at The Padre Island National Seashore was a great experience. The beaches are clean, water warm and people friendly. We hated to leave yet hope to be back soon!

Hammond's Reef was a great house to stay in! We had 4 adults and 10 kids (ages 3-17) and there was room for everyone without feeling on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group (plenty of bowls, plates, spoons, etc.) The management was very quick to respond and answer any questions and fulfill any requests. The beach was a very brief walk away and much nicer than I had expected - the sand was so soft! We will be staying here again!

Our family rented this townhouse for Thanksgiving week. The customer service leading up to our stay was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and professional. Check in was easy due to the keypad lock on the front door. The townhouse is very spacious, comfortably slept our large group with room to spare, stocked well enough to make several Thanksgiving dishes, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and minutes from a nice stretch of beach. Great heated pool and playground in the community. Golden Tee arcade in the townhouse was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this townhouse. Excellent value!

I took our college women's basketball team and we had an excellent stay. There was plenty of space and we were within walking distance to the beach.

We really enjoyed this beautiful townhome. The living room had enough comfortable seating for all, and lots of room for the kids to run around. We had seven adults, an 11 yr old, 4 yr old, 3 yr old, and 17 mo. old. The bed and bathrooms worked out great, TV in every room everyone had their own privacy! We were a comfortable walking distance to the beach and the view of the dunes and beach from the upper deck was superb. We even saw a small coyote in the early evening. The North Padre Island National Seashore is just down the road and the park visitor center is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable Rangers and the National Seashore is a must see. We were impressed by your competent staff who responded quickly to our requests. Plus, thanks so much for the Xbox game in lieu of the arcade golf video game that wouldn't boot up. We found that the stairs were a little much for some of us, (60+ and 70+), but that did not dampen our enjoyment of the weekend. We requested that the pool heater be turned on. If the HOA would have responded and turned the pool heater on, that would have made the small pool more enjoyable for both the young and older kids. The small playground was a big hit with the kids in spite of the ravenous mosquitos. Yea OFF!! The townhome is convenient to Snoopy's, HEB and a short drive to Port A. and Irie's, Fins, and MacDaddys. We highly recommend this townhome for larger families/groups. Lots of beds, bunks and room.

We had family come from San Antonio and Austin and no one was disappointed! Plenty of space and perfect Location. Can't wait to plan our next trip!!

We slept 11 very comfortably and could have easily slept more. House was clean and well equipped. Convenient to the beach. Owner/ management team was very helpful and always responded to emails quickly even texting the day of to ask if directions were needed. We would absolutely stay again.

The townhome was spacious, clean, and steps from the beach. It accommodated our large group well! The pool is excellent for the kids and close to many restaurants. If you have a large group be sure to bring toilet paper, extra towels, and trash bags. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Place was perfect for our big family!

Excellent, well maintained property with comfortable beds and easy access to beach. Pool at the property was very clean. Kitchen might do with few more pans.

Could not have asked for a better place. Spacious, super clean and location was great. Will definitely be coming back next year.

This house served as the perfect vacation home for our large group of extended family members! We all had very comfortable accommodations and it was clearly designed to be comfortable for large groups with plenty of lounging and eating space! The keyless entry was so convenient for everyone and the proximity t the beach and family friendly complex were unbeatable! It is worthy to note that the kitchen and living space is on the third floor, but we all left with stronger calves! The property manager was very easy to work with and gave us all necessary information and a timely manner and the directions to the property were very clear! We're already planning our next trip!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious unit. The décor is very nice and a fresh beach atmosphere. The staff is amazing and very helpful; but, most important available to answer all questions.
