We had a great vacation in The Beautiful Place. So much room! Loved the game room and two pools.

This was perfect for our large family of 8 adults and 6 small kids....very close to the beach, great splash pad, pool and playground for the kids. It's close to restaurant's or anything you may need. The house was very nice! Every family had their own bathroom, which is a must with so many people! The kids loved the playroom!!! Had a small issue and I text the owner/manager, he responded quickly and all was taken care of....

The Beautiful Place was an amazing stay for me and my friends. We came here to celebrate all of our third year as nurses and it was so much fun and essentially my favorite reunion ever. The rooms were spacious and comfy, clean bathrooms, and great in house amenities. The check in was easy and I did not feel like the company was impeding on our privacy at all, which is my biggest complaints with renting spaces like these. The responses to my questions were quick and simple, and I am already wanting to use this company moving forward when renting out places in Corpus. Thank you guys for hosting us for the weekend, it’s a trip me and all my friends will remember!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. There was so much thought put into every detail. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and the beach was walking distance, which was perfect. Overall, we loved the beautiful place!

I booked this location for a friends weekend at the beach. This location was perfect for the four families in our group. We each had our own space in the house and the beach access was convenient.

Great location! Roughly 5 min walk to the beach and right across the parking lot to the pool! Game room is great for kids and teens. The decor and set up was nice! Only suggestion is the room with a king with 2 twins has the back door in it so in the morning you must make and roll the trundle away in order to clear the walkway for daily activities. It would make more sense to move that to the other room with a day bed. Just 2 cents and not a big deal. Still an amazing stay.

The Beautiful Place was just that! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The rooms were all clean and so spacious. We had a family of 12 and we all slept comfortably and there was plenty of beds. The location was great and not to far from the beach. We will definitely be coming back our next family annual vacation!

Beautiful, clean and spacious townhome>  The Beautiful Place was a two minute walk to beach and has a  beautiful view of the ocean. The AC was freezing, we loved it. Lol. My only complaint was the kitchen and dining are on the third floor.   I still enjoyed every minute of my stay. I definitely recommend if you have a large group.

A very well maintained and well decorated property. It was clean and welcoming. Location was wonderful. Met all of our travel and vacation needs.

Thanks!!  My family really enjoyed staying at The Beautiful Place. The only issue we had was that my in laws ( in their 80's)  had a difficult time with all the stairs.  The  kitchen and living room are on the 3rd floor.  But other than that everything was super!  The townhouse is very nicely decorated. Was very clean and the location was excellent. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. 

We had multiple families stay in this townhome and loved the set up. The top floor has the kitchen and dining room along with a bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. The second floor has only bedrooms and the bottom floor has two bedrooms with one of them geared towards kids with a bunk bed, a foosball table and an arcade machine. All the kids in our party had what they felt was a big sleepover while we were able to hang out upstairs and have a adult conversation without being interrupted. The townhome was extremely clean and well furnished with adequate beds for all. We had a few issues that arose during our stay and they were handled by the management company immediately which we greatly appreciated. The beach is a short walk but we opted for driving down to the beach so that we could load and unload easier. If you have kids, this townhome is ideal as it is across the driveway from the kids pool which the kids almost preferred to the beach. We all had a wonderful time and can't wait to stay here again. I would highly recommend and have shared a link of this listing with multiple family members. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!Ps. If you have members of your party that don't do well with stairs, this isn't the right rental for you as there are two flights of stairs.

5 stars! My family enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed. Beach access was super close by. Relaxing environment, clean and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back next summer.

We stayed 3 nights with a total of 7 adults and 4 kids and everyone enjoyed it. The whole condo was well appointed. There was plenty of hot water for everyone’s showers, a well stocked kitchen and the townhouse was in great shape. It was exactly as pictured and close to the beach (although not necessarily within walking distance for a caravan of kids and all the necessary beach supplies- next time we might rent a golf cart.. When we had a maintenance issue, the property management dispatched someone right away and we had no other issues for the entire stay. The kids loved the pool and splash pad which were right outside our door! Lots of room for everyone to sleep, the game room was a nice touch! My critiques would be that the mattresses were fairly firm (some might prefer that?) and that most of the premium tv channels didn’t work- the kids would have enjoyed watching some channels like Disney or Nickelodeon in the evenings before bed. These were minor issues and would not prevent us from staying again, just some minor considerations for the property management company to consider. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

We had an excellent stay at The Beautiful Place! The property had all the things we were looking for. It was very close to the beach and very quiet. The townhome itself had it all. There were two bluetooth speakers so we could listen to music, a margarita machine for drinks on the patio, and it even had a stand-up arcade with PacMan and Galaga. We can't wait to stay here again!

We loved Sunrise Shore and its location to the beach. The house was very nice and the owners were great at communicating back and forth. We will plan to do it again.

We had an excellent stay. Sunrise Shore was beautiful and we were very pleased with the cleanliness. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for all your assistance. We especially appreciate your accommodations for our special needs child.

We had a great trip! Loved the location. Sunrise Shore was clean and within walking distance to the beach. Very roomy and great for family vacays. We would recommend this place!

We loved having quick access to the beach. The home is beautiful. We stayed at Sunrise Shore with my family, my sister's family and my parents. We where all very comfortable.

Fabulous beach house! Very clean and beautifully decorated! Kids loved it and especially had a blast in the beautiful pool. Beach is super close and you can drive down and park by your spot if you want! Enough seating for all of us (group of 9) to eat together, and watch a movie together in the living room. We enjoyed everything so much and will definitely be back!

We had the best time in this townhome. Our family of 10 absolutely love it!! It's perfect for kids. We were able to socially distance ourselves from people and it was only a one minute walk to the beach which is beautiful and makes you feel like you are in Florida and not Texas. The decorations are beautiful and it was also very clean. Cannot wait to come stay here again!!

Great Communication, a small hiccup on pet fees in the beginning, but we had a great time, Jennifer was always there when we needed something... We will be back

The townhouse was absolutely wonderful! Our host made sure we had everything we needed and she was so helpful with suggestions for fun activities while we were in Corpus Christi.

What a beautiful spot, straight off the beach, with great facilities..... pool and play scape were fabulous for the kids. The house is done out brilliantly with tons of space so your not tripping over everyone else during your stay. There were a couple issues but these were minor and we loved our time at Sunrise Shore. We will definitely be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week in Sunrise Shore! We had plenty of room for our adult children and grandkids to spend quality time together and have their own rooms when we all needed to escape the family chaos! The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well. The kitchen exceeded our expectations...I’m pretty sure it was better equipped than my kitchen at home, and we were thrilled to find a waffle maker in the cabinet too! Also, you can’t tell from the photos, but the large table easily sat 10 with 6 of our little grandkids on the bench. Add in the 4 barstools, and we were set! We brought 7 grandkids with us, and they made use of the two gigantic closets to create their hideouts when we weren’t on the beach enjoying the sun, sand, and surf! Having the beach so close was great, and the pools and playground were across the parking lot which was really great for the littles. Jennifer was so helpful when we arrived and made sure we had a pack-n-play for the baby, and when the neighbors were up until well after 3 and making all kinds of noise, she spoke with them and we didn’t have another problem! The only negative from the trip was one of the beanbag chairs had a broken zipper, and before we knew it, and with a little help from a rambunctious 4 year old, it had “snowed” everywhere! A vacuum would’ve been a real help! It was a great vacation, and we’d love to stay again!

My family was celebrating my oldest brother's 70th birthday at this wonderful home. There were 13 of us and we fit just fine! I loved having all the bathrooms! This place seemed brand new and it had new pots and pans and plenty of plates and glasses. The pools were a particular favorite of the younger crowd. We did our time on the beach but honestly, the pool was more fun. I would book again.

The house was spacious, comfortable and an overall great experience. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and the pool is even closer. We loved it so much that we hope to stay here again next year!

We loved the home! It was decorated beautifully. The home had every single thing we could possibly think of. We were able to check-in early which really helped as well. We would recommend this place to anyone!
